BASE LEVEL: NOVICE – Strength & Fat Loss Program
Welcome to Base Level: Novice, your no-nonsense blueprint for building real strength, burning fat, and getting after it with discipline and intensity. This 3-day-per-week program is designed for beginners who are ready to stop spinning their wheels and start making real progress.
You’ll train with purpose using compound lifts like squats, bench press, rows, and shoulder press—working up to heavy sets and learning how to push intelligently. Each session balances strength work with high-volume bodyweight finishers and intentional cardio, including Zone 2 conditioning and optional pool days for active recovery.
We don’t sugarcoat it: this plan takes effort, sweat, and consistency. You’ll learn the fundamentals—progressive overload, proper nutrition, fasting for fat loss, and how to manage your own training like a pro. Each week builds momentum. Every rep gets you closer.
